The DCD998 Hammer Drill in this kit offers 3 speeds and a high-performance, all-metal transmission for optimal tool-to-task efficiency, resulting in faster application speeds and improved run-time when drilling into masonry materials. It is equipped with a heavy-duty 1/2-inch ratcheting nitro-carburized metal chuck with carbide inserts, providing superior bit gripping strength. Additionally, the DCD998 features a 3-mode LED with a spotlight setting that automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, allowing for extended work time in dark or tight spaces.

The DCF887 Impact Driver delivers a maximum torque of 1,825 in-lbs at speeds of 0-3,250 RPM and 0-3,600 impacts per minute. Its compact size (5.3 inches front-to-back) and lightweight design (3.4 lbs) make it ideal for working in confined areas.

The included DCB118 Fast Charger is a fan-cooled charger that is compatible with 20V MAX and FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX batteries. It provides a charge rate of 8 amps for premium batteries and 4 amps for compact batteries.
