This 2-tool combo Kit includes the DCD999 20V MAX 1/2-inch Hammer Drill/Driver with FLEXVOLT ADVANTAGE tool technology, which provides up to 42% more power when used with FLEXVOLT batteries (sold separately). The kit also comes with one DCF887 20V MAX XR Cordless Impact driver, two DCB205 20V MAX* 5.0Ah batteries, a fast charger, and a kit bag.

The DCD999 DEWALT 20V hammer drill achieves up to 42% more power* when paired with FLEXVOLT batteries, making it compatible with all DEWALT 20V MAX and FLEXVOLT Batteries. It also features a 20X brighter LED with 3 modes for improved lighting in dark or confined spaces compared to the DEWALT DCD985. Additionally, the DCD999 includes an LED spotlight mode with a 20-minute shutoff function for extended work time in challenging environments.

The DCF887, on the other hand, offers application versatility with 3-speed settings and added control to prevent over-tightening fasteners using Precision Drive in speed 1 setting. It also provides excellent visibility without shadows through 3 LEDs with a 20-second delay after the trigger is released.

The kit includes a DCB1106 6 Amp Charger that is compatible with both 20V MAX and FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX batteries. Furthermore, the DCD999 is Tool Connect Chip Ready, allowing for easy asset management on the jobsite using the Tool Connect Site Manager app when paired with Tool Connect Chip DCE042 (sold separately).
